At the press of a button, a giant 16-foot screen lowers over the glass turning the space into your own giant theater or sports bar. From the outdoor hot tub, you sip frozen drinks and take in the action—and the view. This isn’t just luxury. It’s living elevated.

While adults unwind upstairs, teens get their own space—with next-gen game consoles and a massive screen for video gaming or movies.
Games include billiards and shuffleboard tables, along with a massive 12-foot HD video screen with DTS surround sound for an immersive experience. The theater is connected to cable TV, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Fire TV Cube for streaming. There’s also a Nintendo Switch dock available for guests who want to bring their own Switch and play on the big screen. Each gaming system comes with multiple wireless controllers, so groups can play together on the large 12-foot screen.
To make bedtime easier, all six bedrooms are equipped with TVs and Fire TV Cubes, allowing everyone to unwind with their own shows or movies. The first floor is designed with families in mind, providing a peaceful space for early risers to enjoy the game room while others sleep.
We also added a kitchenette and coffee maker so mom and dad can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee with the kids without waking the rest of the house. Additionally, we’ve included a Nugget fort couch, perfect for children and families to build forts or cozy up together during movie time.
Children play, parents sip coffee in peace, and everyone finds their rhythm.
